About the Transaction

Loomis AB, via its subsidiary Loomis International Corporate AG, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Swiss-based Kipfer‑Logistik, a specialist in temperature-controlled transport and storage for the healthcare and pharma industry. In 2024, Kipfer‑Logistik generated CHF 9 million (approximately SEK 108 million) in revenue and employs 28 specialised staff. The acquisition is expected to close on September 1, 2025, subject to customary conditions.

Strategic Rationale

Since launching Loomis Pharma operations in Switzerland earlier in 2024, Loomis has been gradually introducing temperature-controlled logistics services. The addition of Kipfer‑Logistik accelerates this regional rollout, providing established capabilities in high‑security, GDP-compliant road freight and warehousing.
